New Myanmar broadcaster purchases Klotz’ 75th Graphite Two

MYANMAR: While working together to develop a new broadcasting station in Myanmar, Monnect Group and Shwe Than Lwin Media turned to Klotz Communications’ Thai distributor Digitra Co Ltd, purchasing one of the manufacturer’s Graphite Two consoles, while contracting the distributor to conduct the installation of the console. The sale marks the 75th Graphite Two console that Klotz has sold as well as the 225th overall console sold since the company’s relaunch.

The digital networking console is designed for use in both on-air and production environments and is available in sizes that range from four to 32 faders. The modular I/O structure of the unit meanwhile provides the flexibility to expand the console should the broadcaster need to a later date. Multiple units may also be connected via Madi, fibre or AoIP protocols.

‘We are very happy with the success we have seen from the Graphite Two console,’ Thomas Klotz, president of Klotz Communications commented. ‘It’s a very popular mixer and we’ve shipped these consoles all over the world. It’s very affordable and offers features that are often only found in consoles with a much higher price tag.’
