QV Sound tackles Vuvuzela Beer Club

VIETNAM: QV Sound recently designed the sound system for the Golden Gate Group’s most recent Vuvuzela Beer Club branch in Truong Son Street, Vietnam.

The sound system needed to achieve high sound pressure levels, high quality sound, and enough bass to ‘rock’ the crowd. To achieve this, QV Sound relied on Neutrik connectors and Van Damme cabling throughout. The QV Sound team designed the system using five QSC KW153 active loudspeakers as the focal point, concentrated at the main bar section, and K10s for the rest of the venue. Two QSC KW181 active sub were installed to provide low end.

‘We always use Van Damme cables and fittings from VDC Trading wherever possible because they are trouble free,’ commented QV's business development manager, Quoc Nguyen. ‘They represent excellent value and fantastic quality. Van Damme products have never let us down.’

‘The sound is really excellent and we are getting lots of great comments,’ said club manager Mr Vinh. ‘My friends and I go out quite often and this is the best sound I have ever heard,’ enthused regular customer Ms Thao.
