Rational Acoustics appoints John Aldrich for Smaart support

WORLD: Rational Acoustics LLC has appointed former IT worker John Aldrich to the newly created position of technical support specialist, focusing on helping Smaart users worldwide.
In his new role, Mr Aldrich will provide daily customer support and technical issue resolution for Smaart software and peripheral hardware products via phone, e-mail and other electronic mediums. He will also manage the overall Smaart knowledgebase and review, create and refine the company’s technical support offerings, while assisting the development team with bug reporting and new product testing and documentation.
Prior to his appointment, Mr Aldrich was a computer IT specialist at Inet in New London, CT where he installed and maintained network systems for a variety of businesses and supported clients in their operation.
