Sanecore outfits Oriental Media Centre’s M Theatre

CHINA: Sanecore has installed an A&H digital mixing console and Symetrix processor into the theatre of the new Oriental Media Centre in Beijing. The skyscraper is located in the heart of the city’s Central Business District and the building’s M Theatre is used to host conferences, live performances and banquets.
The theatre’s seats can be fully retracted and the stage is expandable, enabling various configurations to be used for different events. The system supplied by Sanecore was a GLD-80 mixer with AR2412 AudioRack positioned on stage, plus a Symetrix SymNet Solus 8 employed as the audio processor.
‘GLD not only features an intuitive control interface but also powerful processing. The ability to connect a stage rack via Cat-5 brings enormous convenience for users,’ commented M Theatre sound engineer, Mr Du. ‘Moreover, I am so impressed by the sound. I have to say, never in my career have I ever heard sound like this. It is just amazing.
