Sennheiser conducts first Sound Impression of 2014

INDIA: After a successful series of Sound Impression 2013 shows, over 100 musicians, budding artists, A/V integrators, sound engineers, rental houses and dealers attended the first Sennheiser India Sound Impression of 2014 in Goa. The event, which was held in partnership with Furtados, one of India’s leading music retailers, witnessed some of Goa's leading bands and independent musicians jamming live on stage, with musical instrument and microphone equipment provided the companies. The sound rental partner for the show was Pro Acoustic Centre.
On display was Sennheiser’s range of wired and wireless microphones, and installed sound solutions comprising of speakers and conferencing solutions from Apart audio, which has partnered with Sennheiser India to offer complete installed sound solutions for the Indian market.

We had launched the Sound Impression series last year with the aim of giving world-class sound experience to musicians, engineers, and system integrators across India,’ said Vipin Pungalia, VP sales and marketing at Sennheiser Electronics India. ‘The overwhelming response to Sound Impression 2013 has given us the confidence to continue to conduct the series this year as well. We promise to make it even bigger and better than last year.’
Last year Sound Impression, part of the Sennheiser Sound Academy, travelled to different corners of India with the aim of reaching out to audio professionals, aiding them in the understanding of techniques and updating them on the latest audio solutions. Sennheiser conducted 10 successful Sound Impression sessions across India since its inception in February last year and will continue to spread the message of ‘Pursuit of Perfect Sound’ across the country this year as well.
