Shure Asia and Sun Infonet host 2014 Consultant Day in Goa

INDIA: Shure has organised an informative networking conference to enhance awareness about the features in its product portfolio. The 2014 Consultant Day, which was hosted by Shure and Sun Infonet, welcomed top audio consultants and system integrators from all over India to the Cidade De Beach Resort, Goa, for the two-day event.
Guests were welcomed to the conference by Sun Infonet director Neeraj Chandra, followed by a world-wide market update by Eric Ong, the regional sales manager of Shure Asia. Mr Chandra spoke of how the relationship with Shure has brought many successful installations over the past 11 years with clients such as Google, GAIL, ONGC and Infosys etc. To finish of the first day, Kim Jurgensen, DIS business development manager, Shure Asia, outlined Shure’s product life cycle journey to date, detailing the use of Shure solutions ‘in almost all vertical markets from Corporate, HOW, Education, Government, Entertainment, Live Events & Public venues’.
Day two contained a presentation of the Shure product line-up by Stanley Chiu, product marketing manager, Shure Asia. He showcased all of the company’s currently launched products – SCM820 digital automatic mixer, Microflex wireless microphone, ULXD digital wireless and the new Flush Mount DIS 5900F – which is now the new permanently-installed option to top the DDS 5900 digital discussion system. Mr Chiu then performed a live demo, highlighting key features and benefits over the competition with respect to the overlay & product configuration.
Commenting on the conference, consultants and system integrators from across India said they found this a very special conference. According to the manufacturer, the live demonstration of Shure’s latest products has now made attendees more confident about the product reliability, quality and prompt service support.
