Singapore and Hong Kong gain InfoComm advisory groups

APAC: InfoComm International has devised advisory groups in Singapore and Hong Kong to provide resources that support the growth and encourage member participation in the trade association within the regions. The advisory groups will seek to address challenges that the A/V industry faces locally.

‘Advisory groups are an important platform for serving our members on a local level,’ commented InfoComm regional director for Asia, Andy Tan. ‘Giving local industry leaders a voice not only brings us valuable insights to continuously improve our offerings as an industry organisation, it also helps promote volunteer involvement and advance the industry as a whole.’

InfoComm has already experienced added engagement in the APAC region through its previously established advisory groups in India and Australia. Members of the advisory groups come from a range of manufacturers, consultancies, systems integrators and distributors in addition to in-house technical experts from banks, universities and a range of other organisations.
