Soundcraft appoints product manager for Si Series

WORLD: Sean Karpowicz has been appointed as product manager for Soundcraft’s Si Series mixing consoles.
Mr Karpowicz comes to Soundcraft from VenueMagic, a show control software platform, where he served as marketing director. Prior to this, he worked as product manager at Gemini, where he was responsible for pro audio product design and management.
‘It's a real rush to come onboard with Soundcraft at such an exciting time for music technology,’ said Mr Karpowicz. ‘I’ve used many Soundcraft consoles over the years and to be here working on the future of mixing consoles with a brand I hold in such high regard is an absolute dream.’
Mr Karpowicz has an extensive background as a FOH engineer and recording/mix engineer, and continues to do FOH and recording work. He also performs with several music projects, playing the guitar, bass and keyboard as well as performing electronic music.
