Stagetec Asia acquired by Stage Tec Berlin

MALAYSIA: Berlin-based console manufacturer Stage Tec has announced its acquisition of the Stagtetec Asia branch office located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The regional office had been under the ownership of Salzbrenner Stagetec Vertrieb professioneller Audiotechnik GmbH (now renamed as Salzbrenner) since 2004. Having now been acquired by Stage Tec Berlin it will manage accounts in the Southeast Asia-Pacific region and oversee the distribution of Stage Tec Berlin’s products.
‘Stagetec Asia is proud of its partnership with Stage Tec Berlin, which will have a positive impact on the business and enhance customer service,’ explained Stagetec Asia’s managing director, Advon Tan. ‘There are many advantages for existing and future customers alike, and we can develop new business opportunities together.’
