Tendzone opens dedicated Taiwan office

TAIWAN: Having recently opened its first office outside of China in Singapore, Tendzone is continuing its expansion across Asia with the creation of a new technical and service support centre in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The centre will be run by general manager Anter Wu, who brings 20 years of experience in system design and installation as well as a familiarity with the country’s market trends.

‘In the past three years we have already secured two distributors in Taiwan, but they are mainly focused on DSP,’ explained Peter Er, general manager/sales director of Tendzone International. ‘We have since developed towards integrating IT with platforms such as Midis and e-Media, meaning more specific technical support is essential. Furthermore, most of the big distributors also undertake projects and are keen to maintain links with local system integrators. We felt that establishing a dedicated Tendzone sales and support centre is a better choice for systems integrators.’

He continued, ‘I am exceptionally excited about the new office as it marks the start of our expansion programme. The country is the best testing ground for a Chinese brand seeking international acceptance and we plan to let the market guide us to improve our product features and applications.’

More offices are also set to open in the near future including Tendzone Europe and Tendzone Australia, while the company’s Singapore office is continuing to produce more educational video content covering the products.
