The DL1608 makes a move

INDIA: Bangalore-based rental company and live audio solutions provider, Musician’s Movement, has added to its inventory with the Mackie DL1608 compact 16-channel mixing console. The purchase, facilitated by Sonotone Electronics HQ, Mumbai, was made by Neil Andrade, who has relied on Mackie products personally, when performing as a musician.
‘I’ve always relied on Mackie products – for my personal use as a musician, as well as for the rental business. The rental inventory is stocked with the Mackie HD series and SRM series, while I use the SRM350 myself for onstage monitoring,’ noted Mr Andrade. ‘I decided to invest into the Mackie DL1608 console to heighten the quality of sound.
‘I’m extremely pleased with the performance of the console,’ he concluded, ‘The DL1608 is extremely compact, light and easy to move around, delivering tonal performance combined with unparalleled efficiency and flexibility.
