TMD strengthens South East Asian presence

SOUTH EAST ASIA: Heina Karina Abdul Wahid has joined TMD’s APAC team in the company’s office in Kuala Lumpur. Ms Wahid will serve as a regional specialist, delivering support for South East Asia. Her appointment is reportedly the result of continuous projects that the media asset management systems provider has secured with notable clients in the region, such as Astro in Malaysia and the Asian Film Archive in Singapore.
Ms Wahid holds a degree in IT from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Before joining TMD, she served at the Multimedia Development Corporation in Malaysia.
‘Heina is an experienced business analyst and systems support engineer,’ said TMD APAC regional manager, T Vimalanathan. ‘She will provide in-depth local assistance for the growing user base in the region. Her addition to the team means we now have a strong local technical presence in the region that can only enhance our support operation.’
