Vimond provides a platform for the AFL

AUSTRALIA: Fox Sports Australia recently launched the Watch AFL subscription service to allow AFL (Australian Football League) fans around the world to watch games live or on-demand. The broadcaster partnered with Vimond Media Solutions to create the over-the-top (OTT) online service with the Vimond Platform, comprising the Vimond Control Center and Vimond Business Center modules as its software foundation.

‘With its modular multi-tenant architecture, the Vimond Platform offers sophisticated tools and controls for every aspect of an OTT service,’ stated Thomas Kaurin, head of platforms and development at Fox Sports Australia. ‘It allowed us to customise several aspects related to our services including integrated payment systems.’
