Winly welcomes Adamson to its roster and country

TAIWAN: Having recently purchased an Adamson E-series PA system, Winly Production Services Int’l Corp has become the first company in Taiwan to join the ‘Adamson Network’, claiming that its arrival is going to ‘set new standards in the region’. The rental company initially invested in 24 E12 line array modules and 16 E219 subwoofers, which are powered by Adamson E-Racks featuring Lab.gruppen PLM20k44 amplifiers. After putting this kit to the test, Winly added further Adamson systems to its inventory.

‘They are adding E15, S10 and E119 cabinets,’ said Adamson Asia Pacific technical director, David Dohrmann. ‘The company works closely with the Taipei Arena and anticipates utilising the new Adamson system often during the upcoming season.’

‘We look forward to using the Adamson system at the arena this year,’ confirmed Andy Chen from Winly. ‘The new PA system has tremendous sonic qualities and enough headroom for any show.’

Following the sale, Mr Dohrmann ran a three-day training programme for the Winly team, covering sound reinforcement theory and rigging, as well as Adamson’s Blueprint A/V software and Lake processing. ‘As one of the older sound companies in Taiwan, Winly has an exceptional reputation and the experience to grow the Adamson brand in the area,’ concluded Mr Dohrmann. ‘We are thrilled to have a company of their calibre working with our organisation and see a very bright future with Winly.’
