JAPAN: CEO of Flic Pro and prominent Japanese sound designer, Toshiya Homma, has implemented multiple RF solutions from Wisycom into his latest project, The Mystery of Edwin Drood. He has previously worked on productions such as Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.
‘My most recent project was performed in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka,’ explained Mr Homma. ‘Wisycom has developed digital technology that is flexible in various locations and applications. The flat audio frequency response, from low through to high frequency, makes these products a great solution for music-based productions.
‘Recently, there have been an increasing number of microphones with Lemo connectors,’ he contented. ‘The fact that the MTP41S provides a Lemo connector makes my job that much easier. The MRK920 is also a great system for any of my productions. Having these two products in my arsenal enhances my workflow, enabling me to provide the best sound possible. I am fully confident in my Wisycom devices and I look forward to using them on all my future projects.’
