Avid appoints Elit for live sound in Turkey

TURKEY: Istanbul-based distributor Elit Light/Sound Technologies has been named as the new Avid distributor for the live sound sector in Turkey. Avid joins a number of audio brands in the distributor’s stable including L-Acoustics, Radial Engineering, Schoeps, Waves and Primacoustic.
‘I am pleased to appoint Elit as the Avid live sound distributor for Turkey,’ said Nadiyam Ravisankar, Avid’s audio sales manager, emerging markets. ‘Elit has a good track record and represent a bouquet of quality products that complement our products. I look forward to a long and successful partnership for Avid and Elit.’

Following the agreement, Elit will be introducing the brand at its Elit Presentation Days event which takes place at the Renaissance Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel, on December 9 – 10. This two-day event will be a showcase for all the brands the distributor represents.
