BXB conference solution installed at FFBL

PAKISTAN: Fertiliser manufacturer Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL) recently required a new conferencing system for the boardroom at its head office in Rawalpindi. The company opted for a flush-mounted microphone solution from BXB’s FCS-6300 Series, which was supplied and installed by the manufacturer’s Pakistani partner, Britlite Engineering Company.

Britlite’s Ashhad Ali served as the project manager for this installation that saw the FCS-6300 Series conference solution combined with BXB’s FCS-6370 graphical control software, which allows users to set the meeting agenda, attendee data and voting issues before a meeting as well as managing the audio input. Also deployed were a Crestron CP3 control processor, Extron DMP 128C matrix audio DSP switcher, MGP 464 Pro multi-screen processor, Panasonic projector and Cisco SX20 video conferencing system.

The FCS-6300 conference microphones are equipped with a DSP chip that automatically adjust the audio output and are mounted flush with the conference table. The wires are hidden from view and a Cat-5e cable is used to simplify maintenance.

‘We would like to thank for our partner in Pakistan, Britlite Engineering Company,’ said a spokesperson from BXB. ‘Ashhad Ali’s rich experience in systems integration made this project run smoothly and efficiently.’
