dBTechnologies honours Middle East distributors

MIDDLE EAST: dBTechnologies has named Kish Pishgaman from Iran as its Middle East distributor of the year. The Tehran-based distributor was praised for its success in the face of harsh economic conditions. The Italian manufacturer also praised a number of other distributors in the region.
The awards were handed out during dbTechnologies’ annual distributor convention, Prosonic, held at its recently opened showroom in Germany. Organised to applaud distributors’ hard work for the brand over the past 12 months, the prize-giving celebrates tangible goals such as an increase in turnover, whilst also acknowledging overall endeavour and accomplishments.
Some of the other distributors recognised by dBTechnologies included Turkey’s Asimetrik which received its award for outstanding rental/installation sales and Ghana’s Virtual Sound for highest turnover increase.
‘Of course we are delighted with all of our distributors’ efforts, and ensured everyone was taken care of throughout the Prosonic convention,’ said dBTechnologies’ sales director Michael Herweg. The event culminated in a big party, marking 10 years of the dBTechnologies German sales office. ‘I particularly enjoyed watching our reps and distributors celebrate on the dancefloor in the evening!’ laughs Mr Herweg.
