Domaine de Zekrit equipped with K-Array

LEBANON: Less db recently installed four K-Array KR402 systems into the Domaine de Zekrit, located between the valleys of Mount Lebanon, 350m above sea level. Over the years, the Domaine has seen significant expansion and renovations, and today it is used for wedding events and for local and international live shows.

Tony M Daoud, manager of Less db, installed the K-Array speakers, which were suspended on both sides of the stage to cover the main dance floor area. In addition, two KP102 passive speaker systems and a KMT21 for low end were installed to cover the buffet and dining area.

Mr Daoud can report that the system was so successful that the set up was repeated for full coverage of the party area. Musicians, guests and owners of the venue are said to be ‘excited about the speakers and more importantly, were surprised by the quality and distribution it produced and covered’.

Dana S Daoud, Less db’s business development director, said that the system was set up so quickly that a wedding planner complained that the audio system had not been set up yet, believing the team to be behind schedule. The team had to repeatedly explain that the system was indeed set up – and had to test the system to prove it. ‘That’s what makes K-Array really special,’ Dana concluded.
