Ignazio Vagnone to lead PreSonus EMEA sales team

EMEA: PreSonus has announced that long-time industry veteran Ignazio Vagnone has joined the company becoming the new sales manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

‘We are very excited to have Ignazio on the PreSonus team,’ enthused VP of sales Rick Naqvi. ‘We are fortunate to find such an experienced guy who not only understands the MI and pro audio business but is an awesome musician and understands the needs of the customer.’

Mr Vagnone, a native of Torino, Italy, started his career as a sales representative for Casale Bauer. He went on to serve as a product/brand manager for Entel/Recoton, CTO SpA, TEAC Italiana SpA, Exhibo Spa, and Mogar Music. More recently, he has managed global sales and marketing for the audio division of Carisch Srl, eventually becoming audio division manager. As an active guitarist and bass player, Mr Vagnone maintains a personal studio and designs and assembles guitars and basses. Described by PreSonus as a ‘thoughtful, philosophical, and a consummate professional’, he has a degree in Classical Studies, as well as decades of experience in the music industry.
