Keith Dutch becomes MD of Peerless-AV EMEA

EMEA: Peerless AV has announced the promotion of Keith Dutch to managing director of Peerless-AV EMEA, as the current MD, Gordon Dutch, has taken on a part-time non-executive director role within the company. At the same time, Melinda Von Horvath has joined the Peerless-AV EMEA board as sales director, reporting to Keith Dutch.
‘Since merging with Peerless back in May 2009, I had always planned, at some stage, to step back from the daily operative tasks of the company,’ explained Gordon Dutch, who will remain on the main global advisory board in the US and be active in assisting with long term strategy and marketing. ‘However, I did not want to do that until we had fulfilled all our key objectives and roles for the future of the EMEA business. The addition of Melinda to our board here, along with all the hard work Keith and my whole team have put in over the past seven years means I now feel fully comfortable stepping down as MD for the EMEA, and look forward to a little R and R, alongside the work I will continue to do in the business.’
