Limonata installs K-Array

TURKEY: Istanbul’s Limonata Restaurant Bar & Lounge has recently installed a new sound system from K-Array. The equipment was supplied and installed by the Italian manufacturer’s local partner Lotus Teknoloji.
‘The owner of Limonata asked me for a quality system, capable of producing clear sound while maintaining good pressure. Who else but K-array? Also, I really wanted to see the K-face of the owner,’ said Oktay Karasoglu from Lotus Teknoloji. This ‘K-face’ is how Mr Karasoglu describes the expression that first time listeners have when they first hear what the manufacturer’s speakers are capable of.
The project required the system for background music in the restaurant and lounge and ‘a little more pressure later at night’. To meet these needs Lotus installed a K-array loudspeaker system comprised of 14 KK50 Kobras, with four KL12MA subwoofers to provide low end. Power for the system is via two KA10-10 amplifiers.
The installation took three days and the speakers have been discreetly placed around the venue so as not to detract from the bohemian décor.
