Maestra Dubai expands inventories

UAE: Production company Maestra Dubai has announced the expansion of both its lighting and audio inventories, plus increased investment in trussing and rigging equipment. The news follows the early January opening of a London office for the company.
For audio, the Dubai operation has opted for Meyer Sound Mica line arrays, while its complement of lighting fixtures has been bolstered with the purchase of 80 ETC Source Four Minis, greeted by Tom Clements of Maestra Dubai as ‘perfect for so many of our applications’. The fixtures join more than 100 standard Source Fours in the company’s existing rental stock plus models from Clay Paky and Martin Professional.
Additionally, two Avolites ART dimmers have also been added alongside a number of custom power distribution racks. For rigging, 20 1-Tonne Verlinde motors have been acquired along with 1.5km of Prolyte H40 and H30V trussing.
Meanwhile, the new London operation, which opened on January 4th, has been equipped Y, T and E series line arrays from d&b audiotechnik, plus Christie projectors and Samsung LED screens.
