MediaCast and NYU Abu Dhabi partnership begins with Resolve training

UAE: The educational partnership between New York University Abu Dhabi and MediaCast has commenced with a workshop on Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve. The session was led by MediaCast’s DaVinci Resolve specialist, Abigail Young, and held at NYU’s Edit Lab.
The training itself comprised an insight into the fundamentals of Resolve, its main features and capabilities. It also offered a hands-on colour-grading project for the NYU students.
‘NYU has firmly established itself as one of the landmark institutions in the UAE with its extensive facilities and state-of-the-art course programmes,’ said Jaffer Sadique, business development and marketing manager at MediaCast. ‘This initiative is part of MediaCast’s ongoing community empowerment programme, and we are looking forward to a very rewarding relationship.’
