MediaCast partners with Dance Music Conference

UAE: Dubai-based distributor, MediaCast, has partnered with the Dance Music Conference. The event is being held at Pacha Ibiza Dubai and over two days will offer conference sessions on the DJ and electronic music industry as well as headline sets from international and local DJs.
‘EDM is synonymous with Dubai, and in various ways is one of the defining music genres of Dubai,’ said Jaffer Sadique, business development and marketing manager at MediaCast. ‘With the number of clubs, the underground music scene, the place attracts and becomes a nurturing ground for artists from around the globe. This event carries significant relevance, especially with the topics being addressed and the artists it has attracted.’
The conference will offer sessions on careers in dance music, as well as arrangement masterclasses and Q&A sessions with club owners and managers. In addition to this, it will host discussions on building independent record labels, the rise and challenges of Dubai’s underground scene and the future of DJing and producing.

Dance Music Conference takes place at Pacha Ibiza Dubai on April 21st and 22nd.
