MediaCast to host Avid S3L demo in Dubai

UAE: Avid’s UAE distributor, MediaCast, has invested in an Avid S3L live sound system to be used as a demo unit in Dubai. MediaCast offers free demos of the key products it supplies, insisting on the importance of first hand experience for the users.
‘The S3L is a new concept in live mixing, right down to its appearance,’ said pro audio sales manager, Simon Short. ‘It is essential that engineers obtain first hand experience of the desks workflow and capabilities, in order to understand the true power and value of such a console’
To showcase the product, MediaCast is holding an event titled Stage to Studio, powered by an S3L and ProTools 11. The demonstration will take place at Casalatine Bar, Ibis AlBarsha, on 23rd April 6-10pm.
MediaCast promises an evening of ‘infotainment’ to see how ProTools and S3L can partner users in creating music in the studio and on the stage.
