Melody House makes first HK sale

UAE: Following swiftly from the news of its first DPA sale, Melody House has announced its first sale as UAE distributors of HK Audio speaker systems.
The deal has seen Dubai-based live sound specialists Delta Sound purchase 16 cabinets of HK Audio’s CT108. The CT108 is a compact, passive public address / full-range speaker cabinet. Featuring a dual-purpose housing, it can be employed as an FOH or delay speaker as well as a stage monitor, and the manufacturer reports the cabinet has a particular aptitude for rendering the human voice and acoustic instruments.
‘The CT108s provide great clarity at a relatively high SPL in such a compact enclosure,’ commented Dino Drimakis, business development manager at Melody House. ‘Since they are also running at 16 ohms, rental companies can run four of them on each amplifier channel making them a great solution.’
