Qu mixers prove popular for VV & Sons

UAE: Dubai-based distributor, VV & Sons, is celebrating significant success with Allen & Heath’s Qu family of digital mixing consoles. Over the last 12 months the company has sold around 75 units into a variety of venues.

The success has come right across the range, with notable sales for the Qu-16, Qu-24 and Qu-32. The desks have primarily been going into smaller venues such as bars and restaurants with no dedicated sound people, but the distributor describes them as ‘ideal for any application’.

‘There is no need for a complicated mixer in these venues,’ said VV & Sons’ Joseph Ninel Rebero. ‘These digital desks are user-friendly and features such as recall settings can help non-technical staff ensure the venue sounds good.’
