Quattro installs DAS

TURKEY: The Quattro Beach Spa & Resort in Alanya on the Antalya Gulf has been installed with a new sound system from DAS Audio. The complete solution was supplied by Melomani, the manufacturer’s exclusive distributor in Turkey.
The Melomani sound technicians opted to bring in DAS Audio’s Avant, DR and Action systems for Quattro’s large outdoor area, which features a stage for the variety of performances and activities held around the clock for the resort’s guests. The Avant 12A and powered Avant 118A loudspeakers have been installed as the main PA for the stage and surrounding outdoor area. A range of powered Action M12A systems were installed as stage monitors, and the stage system was completed with DR-512A speakers. These powered two-way, full-range systems can be configured to adapt to the requirements of the different activities held at this poolside space.
In Quattro’s nightclub, the Melomani technicians recommended the use of a combination of systems from the manufacturer’s Reference and Avant series. A number of RF-12.85 loudspeakers have been installed together with powered Avant 118A subwoofersfor low end reinforcement.
The project has also taken on some of the more business oriented areas of the resort. The two conference rooms now feature DR-8 systems in order to maximise speech intelligibility.
