SF prepares the sound at Beyaz Fırın’s new brasserie

TURKEY: Beyaz Fırın has been a customer of SF Ses ve Işık Sistemleri A.Ş for a number of years. The 200-year old company began with a chain of patisseries and began operating brasseries in 2005. Its newest restaurant is the first to be opened on Istanbul’s European Side and due to the success of previous projects, Beyaz Fırın once more called on SF to install a sound solution.
The brasserie can seat up to 350 people over its two floors and including its outdoor seating area. The installation comprised all Harman branded solutions, including four JBL 8128, three Control 25AV-WH and four Control 25-WH loudspeakers, as well as six 8124, nine CS8004 ceiling speakers and five LD Systems Sub 88 A subwoofers. Eight BSS Blu-100 processors and nine Blu-Bob2 break-out boxes were installed along with seven Crown XLI 1500 amplifiers, a JBL CSA180Z and a CSA240Z amp. A JBL CSPM-2 paging microphone was also provided.
‘The installation took two weeks and we faced no problems,’ said Ferhan Kayral, CTO at SF. ‘It was a straightforward sale and installation.’
The client is reportedly happy and in discussions with SF to install another solution in Beyaz Fırın’s next restaurant.
