UBMS reaches out to filmmakers

UAE: Described as ‘our way of reaching out to industry professionals to give a better knowledge of the tools available to them’, United Broadcast (UBMS) recently hosted a DJI workshop at its Dubai training facility. Dubbed Moving with Cameras, the free workshop took participants through DJI Osmo, Ronin and Ronin-M handheld stabilisation systems.
The interactive workshop offered hands-on practice with the Osmo and Ronin series in a variety of shooting environments. Equally, it provided participants the opportunity to open dialogue with other filmmakers and industry professionals.
UBMS describes it as a well-attended workshop with a wide range of attendees. ‘We had a good mix of professionals at the workshop including cinematographers, CEOs, camera operators, cameramen, TV channel professionals and technology directors,’ stated a company spokesperson.
