Vectorworks Training coming to Johannesburg

SOUTH AFRICA: DWR Distribution has announced that Francois van der Merwe will be presenting a series of Vectorworks training course at its facility in Johannesburg. Mr van der Merwe is certified as an International Vectorworks Trainer by the software developer, Nemetschek.

The first course takes place on 20th March and is a one-day basic training seminar covering the basic fundamentals, layouts, pallers, basic tools, classes and layers. The seminar runs from 9am to 5pm and costs R850 to attend.

From 9am to 5pm across the 27th and 28th March, Mr van der Merwe will present a two-day intermediate workshop. Topics covered will include preferences, workspace, basic spotlight and basic renderworks. The cost of attendance is R1,700.

Finally, another two-day course on the 30th and 31st March will cover advanced Vectorworks topics, such as working planes, advanced modelling and advanced renderworks. The cost of this training is also R1,700.

Training notes and lunch will be provided at each course and all participants are advised to bring their own laptop running Vectorworks. A 50 per cent deposit is required to reserve a place on either of the courses.
