The DPA Microphones 4017-R shotgun microphone has been created in conjunction with UK manufacturer Rycote, to provide outside broadcasters, journalists and location filmmakers with a means of capturing ‘clear, directional sound, regardless of the weather and environmental conditions’.
The new suspension and windshield has been designed by Rycoyte specifically to host the DPA 4017 shotgun microphone’s compact size and low weight. The package comes with an XLR cable, DPA windscreen, a 330mm Rycote Windshield 2, Rycote fur windjammer, Rycote suspension mount in vibrant red and Rycote XLR holder.
