Australian Monitor launches Essential Series

Australian Monitor has launched its Essential Series of mics consisting of the AM Vocal, AM Choir and AM Slim G.
The AM Vocal is a dynamic microphone with a frequency response tailored specifically for voice reproduction. It features a neodynium magnet, supercardioid polar pattern and shock-mounted capsule, as well as a hardened steel mesh grill and integrated latching on/off switch.
The AM Choir is aimed at choirs, stringed instruments and brass instruments. It is available in black and white and features a 10m lead and a condenser capsule that measures 12 x 27mm.
The AM Slim G is an electret-condenser gooseneck microphone with a matte black 350mm gooseneck. Its frequency response has been tailored for speech reinforcement and the low frequency roll-off begins at 200Hz to minimise handling noise.
The AMD series of mixer and power amps allow integration to third party control systems, PC enabled control and remote control panels. The optional on-board DSP processing provides EQ, dynamics, delay and level control.
