Aviom Pro64 v20 to support AllFrame Multi-Modular IO System

Version 2.0 of Aviom’s Pro64 Network Manager PC control application will include support for the manufacturer’s AllFrame Multi-Modular I/O System, the newest addition to its Pro64 Series of audio networking products which is scheduled to ship during the summer.
Available as a free download from the Aviom website (see below), the new version of the Network Manager ‘brings new flexibility to the Pro64 system,’ according to Ray Legnini, Aviom’s product research and development manager. He added: ‘With a crosspoint switch at every network node, users can make more efficient use of hardware resources and more dynamically distribute audio throughout their system.’
Meanwhile, the manufacturer has also announced a series of new accessories for the AllFrame system, including the POA-80 power supply, the PST-80 2U rack tray for mounting multiple POA-80s, the Fan6 (a replacement fan assembly for the F6 modular I/O frame) and the LabelKit, which includes Trimm label strips for AllFrame I/O cards.
