Barco launches 3D projector

The HDX-W14 3D projector is new from Barco, featuring a three-chip DLP platform for mid-sized event venues.
The HDX-W14 includes a 14,000 lumens light output, a WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution and active 3D capabilities. A built-in LCD screen including a preview mode is used for operating the projector, while other control options include wired and wireless IP. The HDX platform is described by the manufacturer as 25 per cent more compact than comparable solutions, consuming up to 30 per cent less power. Its modular design, consisting of five building blocks, was conceived for quick servicing.
