Beyerdynamic unveils the Classis series

A new series of installed sound microphones has been unveiled by Beyerdynamic, dubbed the Classis series and comprising gooseneck and boundary models.

Intended for either table or overhead installation, the microphones are described by the manufacturer as offering ‘a sophisticated, unobtrusive design with innovative technology’ – a reference to Scudio technology, which eliminates unwanted interferences by wireless mobile devices. High gain before feedback has also been incorporated into the gooseneck models to facilitate higher PA volume.

Users of the manufacturer’ Revoluto MPR 210/211 microphones are to benefit from individual paint finishes, meanwhile. The company has explained that ‘the requirements of the room and audio equipment are as individual as any customer’, and adding that almost any look is possible including mimicked wood and marble.
