Coda Audio to launch Linus10 amplifier and TiRAY line array

Coda Audio is to launch the Linus10 two channel DSP amplifier, describing it as the key component of the Linus Rack20 and Rack40 system management solutions which combine amplification, DSP, networking, a comparator and power distribution for the German manufacturer’s loudspeaker systems. The result is described as ‘a complete electronics solution with improved connecting panel, all in one rack’.

The Linus10 is a standalone unit delivering two channels of 4,955W in a lightweight 2U chassis. The amplifier features a hybrid Class-H output stage topology to deliver ‘sonic accuracy with plenty of headroom and significant improvements in terms of dynamics and transparency’.

In addition Coda is introducing an ultra-compact line array module for small venues, dubbed TiRAY.

Intended for small theatres, live music venues, houses of worship and corporate A/V applications or as a front- or side-fill for a larger system, the TiRAY module features two 5-inch cones and a 5-inch neodymium planar wave driver, a built-in passive crossover and integrated rigging. The module is joined by the TiLOW bass extension for increased low frequency response.
