dBTech returns to the Opera

dBTechnologies’ classic Opera series of loudspeakers has been completely reengineered with the latest evolution, promises the Italian manufacturer. Comprised of three variants, the Opera series speakers include 10-inch, 12-inch and 15-inch models, and each offer 1,200W peak power while integrating DSP processing with FIR filters and a Class-D 600W amplifier.
The series’ asymmetrical horn, which dBTechnologies attributes a large portion of the original models’ success to, has also been redesigned to obtain both an asymmetrical vertical dispersion and a double horizontal dispersion.
Additionally, all three models feature two input channels, two selectable output channels – Link CH 1 or Mix CH 1+2 – and eight preset equalisations tailored to different environments. The cabinets themselves feature a full grille, together with top and side handles and pole mount cups for stacking configurations with dBTechnologies’ subs.
