DisplayPort KVM switch supports 4K

Aten’s latest DisplayPort KVM switch, the CS782DP, allows users to access two 4K-enabled computers via USB from a single keyboard, mouse and DisplayPort monitor.
Designed to support resolutions up to 3840x2160 at 60Hz, the CS782DP reportedly supports 2.1 channel surround sound systems, HD audio and DisplayPort Dual Mode (DP++). Aten says that the device is DisplayPort 1.2 compliant and has the added versatility of Multi-Stream Transport (MST), with these features making multi-monitor configurations and the use of DVI and HDMI monitors possible.
The manufacturer states that the CS782DP will provide a solution for a variety of applications within a range of industries as they migrate towards DisplayPort interfaces with 4K resolutions.
