Improved essential features on pioneer DJ mixer

Pioneer has introduced the DJM-900 Nexus DJ mixer, claiming that it has improved the essential features while adding support for a PC connection.
It features six types of effects as well as a built-in X-Pad.
Boasting a 32-bit D/A converter and 32-bit digital signal processor, the DJM-900 Nexus is equipped with the same audio input and output circuits as the manufacturer’s DJM-2000. The mixer’s 24-bit/96kHz onboard USB soundcard can simultaneously input and output audio signals from four stereo input and four stereo output terminals, while three new effects have been added (Space, Dub Echo, Gate/Comp).
New firmware has also been released for the CDJ-2000 and CDJ-900, reportedly increased the accuracy of the loop function with a quantised beat loop and adding a Utility Duplication for copying settings across players. The Pro DJ Link enables the transmission of rekordbox Beatgrid and BPM information to the DJM-900 Nexus mixer via a LAN cable.
