LD Systems integrates Dante interface to DSP 44 K amplifier

The LD Systems DSP 44 K power amplifier is the German developer’s first product to integrate Dante audio and control networking. Initially created in cooperation with Ram Audio, the new model features fully-integrated Dante networkable DSP and control via USB and Ethernet using external control PC software. It can be operated as a two- or four-channel device, providing either 4 x 1,000W at 4 or 2 ohms or 2 x 2,000W (bridge mode) at 8 or 4 ohms and maximum operational reliability is further guaranteed at 2 ohms. A full suite of safety features has been integrated into the design in addition to FIR/IIR filtering, EQs, crossovers and delay functions. An extensive preset library is available for LD Systems speakers serve as a protection, whilst ensuring optimum adjustment for room acoustics.
