M-Audio launches GSR series

Avid has introduced the M-Audio GSR active sound reinforcement speaker series aimed at musicians and DJs who perform in small to mid-sized venues.
The GSR series includes 10-inch and 12-inch full-range PA cabinets and an 18-inch subwoofer that offers extended bass reproduction.
Weight and portability have been a serious consideration with the design. The GSR10 250W and GSR12 300W two-way active PA speakers feature Neodymium magnets in the low-frequency drivers, the GSR18 500W active sub features four locking casters, and all three models are built with Class-D amplifiers,
Four EQ presets allow customers to adjust the GSR10 and GSR12 to meet the needs of a sound setting, whilst variable low-frequency crossover functionality in the GSR18 enables users to tune the sub for use with GSR10 and GSR12, or other full-range speakers.
The GSR10 and GSR12 feature built-in 1.4-inch pole mounts, M10 integrated fly-points, and can be stacked and locked. The GSR18 features an integrated 1.4-inch speaker stand receptacle.
