Major MLA upgrade with Vu-Net 1.2.0

Vu-Net 1.2.0 is the latest version of Martin Audio’s control software for the MLA and MLA Compact multi-cellular loudspeaker array systems. The new release promises to offer a major upgrade with regards to the real time control of MLA systems, whilst adding a number of features developed in conjunction with feedback from MLA partners.
In addition to rectifying a number of bug fixes, its new features improve connectivity and a number of key processes, including the firmware updater. Its intuitive graphical interface allows the software to remotely control MLA arrays from a PC or wireless tablet.
U-Net itself is a low latency, redundant ring and fault-tolerant protocol for control and monitoring of data. Up to 254 devices can be linked and controlled by Vu-Net, and it also can control multiple U-Net rings. In addition, it monitors the input to, and output from each amplifier module and its temperature.
The manufacturer encourages MLA users to update all show computers as soon as possible with the new software.
