Netia’s Media Assist gains new monitoring tool

Netia’s new monitoring tool for Media Assist gives users a single interface for managing and optimising multisite workflows. Priority levels on all launched processes can be monitored, allowing for a minimised impact on the bandwidth while facilitating content delivery within the group and increasing time-to-air ratios.
The API within Media Assist enables interoperability and integration of multiple business and public facing systems. Broadcasters can also set up several instances of the Netia Workflow Engine to handle parallel tasks. Demanding computational tasks, together with server components, can run in a virtualised infrastructure.
