New AV integration products from Extron

Extron Electronics has introduced the DVI 110 signal regenerator for single link DVI-D signals.
The DVI 110 retimes and reshapes marginal or noisy DVI signals and helps to eliminate noise and reduce jitter at the output of the source. It can be used in conjunction with the Extron DVI 101 or HDMI 101 cable equaliser. It can also be used with DVI or HDMI products that are equipped with input cable equalisation. The signal regenerator is HDCP compliant and is fully compatible with HDMI signals when used with the appropriate Extron DVI-HDMI adapters.
The TouchLink TLP 1000MV and TLP 1000TV panels feature a 1024 × 600 surface and incorporate an MTP Twisted Pair Receiver. The TLP 1000MV mounts onto any flat surface, while the TLP 1000TV is designed for a tabletop or a Vesa standard mount with an optional adaptor. It offers ready-to-use templates for single, dual or divisible display rooms, multi-image systems, and video conference suites.
Also new from the company is its DXP HDMI Series and DXP DVI Pro Series matrix switchers. These HDMI 1.3 compatible matrix switchers support HDTV 1080p/60 and PC resolutions up to 1920x1200 and are available in I/O sizes from 4x4 to 8x8.
The HDCP compliant switchers enable simultaneous distribution of protected content to one or more HDCP-compliant displays. The DXP HDMI Series and the DXP DVI Pro Series feature EDID Minder and Key Minder. The EDID Minder automatically manages EDID communications for each input/output tie, while Key Minder continuously authenticates HDCP-compliant input and output devices. The matrix switchers also feature automatic cable equalisation for all inputs and output reclocking for each output. Additionally, all matrix switchers offer +5VDC, 250mA on the HDMI outputs.
Designed to conserve energy and reduce costs, the PS 1230’s power supply snaps into the included ZipClip 200 mounting bracket for secure mounting. This newest member of the PS Series of Desktop Power Supplies features three 12V two-pole captive screw ports and offers a total of 3A across all outputs with no per-port current limitations. It includes a detachable IEC cord and two 1.8m DC cables.
Also new is the iGVE App, which when used in conjunction with Extron GVE (GlobalViewer Enterprise), allows users to manage and control large-scale A/V installations from an Apple iPhone or iPod Touch. The iGVE provides a feature set comprised of the most common GVE monitoring, control, and helpdesk functions. The App’s design features Tree navigation as well as real time room, controller, device status, and GVE Room controls and Event Alert notifications. Additionally, the Extron iGVE App provides a secure, encrypted connection to GVE software.
