New conferencing microphones from DIS

DIS has introduced its BM 6620 boundary microphone and new GM6622 shotgun gooseneck microphone into its family of digital conference system microphones.
The BM 6620 boundary microphone features a low-profile omnidirectional condenser and is designed for clear sound reinforcement, professional recording and teleconferencing. It can also be used where microphones are to be virtually discreet.
The microphone offers resistance from radio frequency interface, benefitting from RFI shielding technology. Featuring a 360-degrees pickup angle, the BM6620 can be installed into the DIS DCS6000 conference units, and isolators provide mechanical dampening of mounting-surface vibration.
Expanding its DCS 6000 Digital Conference System, the GM6622 shotgun gooseneck Microphone is a wide-range miniature condenser microphone specifically designed for quality sound reinforcement.
Suitable for use in professional recording, television and other applications where demanding sound pickup is needed the small-diameter gooseneck design permits highly flexible positioning while maintaining a smooth, well-contoured appearance.
The 29.5cm unit is equipped with RFI-shielding technology, offering rejection coming from mobile devices, and an included foam windscreen reduces wind noise and unwanted ‘popping’ sounds.
The RoHS compliant mic’s polar pattern provides a 90-degree angle of acceptance, while the three-pin XLRM-type output connector fits into existing DIS conference units, giving the option of locking the microphone to the conferencing unit, portable or flush-mounted.
