New mix-edit feature for StageTec’s Aurus

StageTec has announced that its Aurus console now comes with a new mix-edit function that enables sections of time-code based automation to be copied and pasted into another mix. The new feature is part of firmware 3.60.

The new functionality has been designed to help the manufacturer’s Aurus customers in production and postproduction work. Full access to all tracks of the pasted section is maintained while the time-code of the new mix is adjusted automatically in length.
