NuVo has announced the release of the D460 digital power amplifier.
NuVo reports the amp operates four channels at 60W each while using less power than a 60W light bulb. The 1RU D460 offers selectable 4- or 8-ohm impedance and uses 0.35W in standby mode and 50W in typical use.
The Music Port Elite (MPS4-E) consolidates, organises, stores and distributes internet and PC-based audio content from Windows Media Player and iTunes, while also accessing streaming audio from a variety of internet services, and offers four simultaneous audio outputs. Elite offers the additional features of cloud synchronisation, streaming content directly from network-attached storage, scheduling ability and IP control protocol.
