OEX-400

Alto is now shipping its OEX-400 (or Orient Express 400) self-powered 400W portable PA system. It uses a heavy-duty cabinet construction with interlocking components and an integrated wheel/handles system, weighing 19kg in total. Designed for plug-and-play operation, the two 10-inch coaxial satellite speakers can be detached from the main mixer/amplifier section and mounted on optional speaker stands. Other features include a seven-channel mixer, MP3 player and nine-band graphic equaliser, together with Neutrik XLR and quarter-inch combijack microphone line inputs on the three mono channels and RCA inputs on the two stereo channels. The OEX-400 has integrated 24-bit DSP with 16 presets, and a master section with a master level knob and a four-segment LED level meter. The 150W AES-rated speaker cabinets have a frequency range of 65Hz to 20kHz (@-10dB) providing coverage of 70H° X 70V° from a spherical horn.
